Any item that has been used, installed, opened, worn, or shows signs of use cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.

Product Usage
Products that have been opened, used, installed, or exposed to water, chemicals, or equipment are not eligible for return or refund.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product purchased is suitable for their needs. If you’re unsure, please reach out before buying — we’re always happy to help.
If a customer chooses the wrong product and the packaging is still unopened, the product may be returned.

Defective or Faulty Items
If an item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us promptly. Faulty products will be assessed and repaired, replaced, or refunded under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items.
