Shipping Policy – Pool & Spa Megastore

Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using trusted couriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

  • Bulky Items (e.g., chemicals, pool cleaners, spa covers): May require specialised freight. Shipping timeframes can vary depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size/weight of your order.

Bulky & Hazardous Goods

Certain pool and spa products (like chemicals, large equipment, or heavy items) may:

  • Incur higher freight charges

  • Ship separately from other items

  • Require someone to be home for delivery

We’ll always communicate clearly if your order needs special handling.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery’s progress.

Authority to Leave

Some couriers may allow parcels to be left unattended. If you opt into “Authority to Leave,” Pool & Spa Megastore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for large or bulky items.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing:
Please contact us at sales@poolandspamegastore.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the courier to sort it out as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, redelivery fees may apply. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Click & Collect 

Click & Collect is available from our store. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your ID and order confirmation.
